Arbor Oaks Subdivision

A wonderfully hidden subdivision, just off Highway 45 Bypass and Oil Well Rd established in 2007.  Copper Creek is a gated subdivision, focused on security and privacy, with each home ranging from 1,500sq ft to 2,600 sq ft in size.  The community also offers amenities like a clubhouse and swimming pool for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy. It’s also just a few minutes from North Kroger, Target, and the Vann Dr shopping and dining districts.

Deepwood Subdivision

Located just off Pipkin Rd in West Jackson, TN, Deepwood is a subdivision built for the outdoor person.  The area houses many homes on spacious lots with a private lake and even a dock for the fisherman in us all.  Rooms themselves are very airy, full of natural light, and most rooms have authentic, real, hardwood floors. Kitchens have solid surface counter tops, and double vanities within bathrooms are plentiful.  The subdivision itself is quite close to private schools in the Jackson area, so you know you’ll have great options for your little ones as they grow. Enclave of Northpointe Subdivision

Hale Estates

Welcome to one of the most sought after subdivisions in all of Medina.  Hale Estates is a beautiful area with newly constructed homes featuring a minimum of 1 acre, with 2.5 acre lots also being an option.  While Hale Estates is technically in Humboldt, the school zone is zoned for Medina schools, making it an ideal spot for your children to grow up in a highly respected school system, along with access to the Medina City Park.  Homes range in size of 3,000 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft and have four to five bedrooms with bonus rooms. The norm is also two to three car garages, making sure to keep your vehicle safe from the elements. Hunters Green Subdivision

Located in Northwest Jackson, TN, Hunters Green Subdivision prides itself on being near the heart of Jackson, close to many shopping and dining districts as well as medical facilities.  The homes within the neighborhood measure from 2,000 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft with brick and vinyl exteriors, three to four bedrooms, and two car garages. Jackson Walk Subdivision

Northpointe Subdivision

Located in northwest Jackson, TN, the Northpointe subdivision is full of highly manicured lawns, pristine views, and in-ground swimming pools.
