Town and Country REALTORS® is pleased to announce that veteran realtor Nikki Barham has joined the firm. Born and raised in Jackson, TN, Nikki has deep roots in the community and brings over 13.5 years of experience from another firm with an architectural and design technology background.

Barham’s journey into real estate is a testament to her passion for the industry, which she cultivated over more than three decades. What started as a hobby has evolved into a rewarding career, marked by a commitment to excellence and a genuine understanding of her clients’ needs. Her educational background includes studies at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, specializing in Structural, Residential Architecture, Mechanical Drafting/Detailing, and Computer-Aided Design Technology. She furthered her education at Jackson State Community College, earning an Associate Degree.

Holding a Military Relocation Professional Certification, Barham strongly supports the military, veterans, and law enforcement personnel.

Barham shares the same birthday and wedding anniversary as her husband Rob Barham, with whom she has been married for 21 years. Their two kids are named Garrett and Ava. Garrett and his wife Tara are parents to two sons: Leeland and a future baby due in July 2024. Barham loves being outside, whether it’s driving her Jeep, boating, or landscaping. She also has a strong interest in remodeling, flipping houses, and staying fit.
