Telicia brings more than a decade of professional experience to Town & Country REALTORS®, having spent 12 years as a Registered Nurse before transitioning into real estate. The skills she built in healthcare — communication, attention to detail, advocacy, and guiding people through major life decisions — translate seamlessly into helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence. Real estate has always been part of her life; her parents, brother, and grandparents were all agents, and her family has long owned investment properties, giving her a lifelong familiarity with buying, selling, and remodeling homes. Telicia has earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designations, and she has completed the National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program. A proud mother of two and devoted partner to her fiancé of nine years, Telicia is deeply rooted in the West Tennessee community. In her free time, she enjoys her children’s youth baseball games, fishing, refinishing furniture, decorating, and tackling outdoor projects around the house.
